Add a defined waistline to your outfit with this stretchy lace-up elastic belt. The elastic has a horizontal wavy pattern with a scalloped edge. The back is laced up with wide black twill ribbon and silver metal d-rings. The silver metal buckle has an interlocking circle design similar to a vintage nurse belt. In the photos it was worn over a Black Mesh Mini Skater Dress (sold separately).
