Vintage 1950s haori kimono

The indigo sky seems subdued and purple, as the outlines of red plum blossoms stretch overhead as far as one can see.  Yet some branches reach down to reveal vivid and lustrous petals that appear only to those unafraid to walk quietly in the dark.
