Ichiro Tanida is an independent artist, based in Tokyo, who works in painting, sculpting, and computer graphics, with his most notable work is in his extensive portfolio of digital art. His unique incorporation of Japanese culture, early video games, sailor uniforms, and rigid businessmen in a toy-like, plastic-perfect, 3D finish has put him on the map for the Y2K movement.
