Story

Simple and easygoing with an achingly sweet song, the Wren finds herself at home wherever she goes. Using the perfect-fit button-up top pattern I've developed over the last few seasons, the Wren changes things up with a subtle mandarin collar that can be worn up or folded down. This top works well both tucked in and left out, paired with both pants and skirts, dressed up or dressed down. All the while, the Wren's delightful melody follows along.

• 100% organic cotton handwoven in India and hand-dyed in our studio
• Designed, cut, and sewn in Arkansas, USA
• Semi-fitted button-up top with subtle mandarin collar and shirttail hem
• Measures 21.25" long from shoulder on the side, 24.5" in the back
• Hand wash cold, line dry, warm iron as needed (learn more about garment care here)

Materials

This top is made of organic cotton fabric handwoven in India. The fabric is lightweight and slightly sheer, and there is a lovely jacquard medallion print woven into it, which provides a bit of texture. The fabric was dyed in our studio using eco-friendly fiber-reactive dyes to become the vibrant shade of medium blue you see here.

In addition to the fabric, this top uses cotton thread, six vintage mother of pearl buttons, organic cotton interfacing, and organic cotton garment labels.

The Wren is most fitted in the bust, so use your bust measurement when determining your size. This style runs true to size, but if your bust measurement falls in between sizes, I recommend sizing up to avoid any gapping in the front.
