This color combo is pure North Shore summertime inspired. I know the waves are magical right now, but I’m all about the summertime tranquil, gem colored water, so let this hold us all over until those 0-1 crystal clear days return, and everyone be careful out there in the meantime.

Our Wailua print has become a new fan favorite.

Whimsical hand drawn layers of the Hibiscus waimeae make up the Waialua.  This is one of two native Hawaiian white hibiscuses, Hibiscus arnottianus and Hibiscus waimeae, which are the only species of hibiscuses in the world known to have fragrant flowers! I laid the print out at this size so that the scale of the line took on a new life by turning into more of an abstraction. The result is a interesting play of shapes in gum pink and citrus that is energizing, but still laid back. Just like our island life style.
