This is a 1970s new old stock 3 piece mens tweed suit that is made of a woodsy Donegal tweed that features brown and white weaving with specks of colour throughout. The jacket to this 3 piece mens tweed suit has padded shoulders, wide notched lapels, a two button front, two button cuffs and has a 12” centre vent at the bottom back, still sewn closed at the bottom. There is a pocket at the chest and a flapped pocket at either side. It is half lined in brownish acetate. The vest has a cutaway front, a five button closure, and a four pocket front. The pants to this mens tweed suit have a flat panel front and a flared leg.

The original retailer tag is still present with a price on it that shows a reduction to $135 from $195, substantial money during the 70s.
