This is a pair of Mattel Shogun Warriors No. 2516 Great Mazinga figures, one issued in Europe and the other issued in the US. The European issue was made in Hong Kong while the American issue was made in Japan. The figure that was made in Hong Kong appears to be complete and intact, and has only minor wear to the raised Hong Kong. The American version is missing its silver leg wraps and its front chest shield has broken ends - the red neck pieces are also missing. You could use this piece for parts - Im including it for comparison - price is really only for the European Great Mazinga. Each figure measures 3 1/2 in height.
