This is an Indian gauze cotton skirt, lightweight, and never used, one of a lot of old store stock stored in a warehouse for the last 45+ years. This Indian gauze cotton skirt is block printed in very pretty tones of soft pink, green, ochre brown, cream white and black. The fabric was made in India of 100% cotton, woven in a sheer, light weight gauze, great for summer wear. The Indian cotton skirt is made with a drawstring at the elasticized waist and is gathered in pleats so that it is very full.
Label: CA-05678 / 100% Cotton Made in India. CA-05678 is the Canadian textile identification number for the Neelam Importex of Toronto - as far as I can tell, this company has been inactive for many years.
Size: No size is indicated on this Indian gauze cotton skirt, and although this should fit a range of medium sizes, please rely on the following measurements for fit, taking the style of the skirt into account:
Waist: 23”, uncinched, but stretches out to as much as maybe 36” - comfortable fit would be somewhere in between
Hips: Full, meant to fall loosely
Length: 37“, measured lying flat
