It's a short A-line shape with with decorative buttons, faux pockets, and a center nylon zipper down the back. Unlabeled, possibly handmade, feels like textured polyester. In excellent vintage condition. The Waist measures 30 inches, Hips 40 inches, and length 17.5 inches. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
