The dress was photographed with a crinoline - the use of a crinoline creates a fuller look although it’s not absolutely necessary. The dress closes with a metal zipper down the back.

Bust: 36”
Waist: 27”

Length: 44”, measured flat from the top to the hemline
Condition: This 1950s red velvet dress is in very good condition with the exception of a 1 1/2” mend to the left side (see the last close-up photo) and there is the odd white stitch showing on the left side seam and the front seam, very minor. Otherwise, no pronounced wear, tear, stains or odour.
