This is a hard to find floral chintz coffee pot made by James Kent Ltd of Longton, England in their Primula pattern. The pattern features yellow and purple flowers with green leaves against a white background - very Easter/spring-like. The coffee pot is in very good condition with no chips or cracks, clean inside and only with a few craze lines on the underside, barely visible under normal viewing. The piece measures 6 3/4 to the top of the lids finial and has a 2 cup capacity. I believe that Primula was produced during the 1930s into the 40s. It is impressed on the underside with Granville 36 and stamped with James Kent Ltd. Longton Made in England Primula. Nice addition to a set in this pattern, rarely seen
