A silk strand chain stitched embroidery in the "saye gosha" style has created the perfect little textile. Hand sewn by the Lakai tribe in Uzbekistan, this v-shaped central medallion hooked motifs are typical of the tribe. These embroideries were used to hang over tent bed quilts.
In addition to Susan’s wonderful finds, shop vintage textiles generously donated by Frankie Shannon—selected from her notable showroom, Frankie’s Finds, in Sarasota—to benefit the Ibu Foundation.
Stylist Tip: Good draped on a bed, a table, a chair, as a pillow, or wrapped as a kerchief.
