Our MEDICINE BOW ROAST is a real crowd pleaser.  A little bit unconventional with a rustic zeal bursting inside every single pour, it is inspired by cattle drives, mountain culture and (really) living off the land.  

Made with dark-roasted 100% Colombian Excelso beans, our dark roast is bold but extremely pleasant with chocolate and smoky notes - enough to keep you alert in the event of a train robbery or saloon holdup.  This dark roast delivers a heavier body and richer flavor  - with lower acidity.
