Heavy handwork pure silk nakshi kantha embroidery dupatta/shawl with tree of life embroidered all over. The handfilled kamal (lotus) itself took about 8 days to complete. The empty space in between motifs is also filled with running stitch.

This hand embroidery was completed by single artisan in about 6 weeks time.
