African mudcloth textiles are traditional hand woven thick cotton fabrics that are hand died in Mali Africa with fermented mud and plant dyes. Imperfections such as pattern variations, pulls at seams, discolorations or paint smudges should be expected and attributed to the beauty of these unique textiles. These imperfections should be considered acceptable and not as defect.
