Originally mined in Tivoli, Rome, where we still source our Roman Travertine, it is most commonly used as a building material, as seen in Sacré-Coeur, the Colosseum, the Getty House, and many works by Mies van der Rohe. Handmade in Germantown, New York & Block Island, Rhode Island without the use of heat or chemicals.
