Steps to complete a claim:
2. Prep and ship the goods via a trackable courier. You will need the tracking number to complete the claim form on the warranty page. Once we've received your claim, we'll reach back out with a confirmation receipt.
3. Once the package is received the Snow Bunnies will assess the best fix and shoot you the invoice for the processing fee.
4. After the invoice is paid, the Snow Bunnies will work their magic on your claim, so you'll be back shredding the gnar in no time...
