This garment allows skin-to-skin babywearing and breastfeeding.
The front cross-over section creates a "cocoon" for the baby, which will stay in foetal position if a newborn, and then sitting in "M" position, legs out in side slits as he or she grows. To support the head of the newborn, simply stretches the neck facing on his head.
The Skin-to-Skin Kangaroo Cami made of high density, 4-way stretch Jersey (94% cotton / 6% spandex), and it is Oeko-Tex certified.
It allows to carry babies up to about 15 lb (7,5 kg).

The important measurement is the BUST. The balance is less important since the garment is stretchy. If you are in doubt, it is better to take a smaller size because this garment should fit snugly.
