We love our customers. We have tried this before but within days of the pre-order sale ending our customer service team was hit with dozens and then hundreds of emails asking exactly when the item ordered would be delivered. Please, don't be that person. If this goes well we can potentially do this pre-order system with different colors and different bag styles. I think we all want that!!!

ALL BAGS WILL BE LABELED "ALMOST PERFECT"

Because of the process and leather being a natural material, we cannot guarantee exact numbers of Premium or "Almost Perfect" totes. To avoid a problem with numbers or expectations all bags made, no matter how they would regularly be graded, will be labeled  and sold as "Almost Perfect."

ALL PRE-ORDER ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED FREE 

If you order other products in the same order as a pre-order tote they will be shipped separately. When the tote has been made, reviewed and boxed for shipment we will ship it out immediately.

Please note: it is normal for all of our products, including Premium items, to have unique variations and character markings that are inherent to natural full-grain leather. Pebbled leathers are achieved naturally and not artificially pressed.
