Ginger started Poppy Hand-crafted Popcorn in North Carolina in 2014 as a way to support her family while having the flexibility to care for her kids. She always wanted to keep her business local, homegrown and fresh. Instead of outsourcing the production (as so many snack companies do), Poppy is still hand-crafted with love in Asheville, North Carolina. This ensures that every batch is as delicious as the popcorn made by Ginger when Poppy first opened its doors.
