If a noninsured item is lost, we offer a one-time replacement option. Customer pays a fee to cover the production and shipping of the item that was selected to be delivered with no insurance.

Per our shipping policy, we do not cover first-class mail as USPS does not provide coverage for lost, stolen or damaged items under first class.
