What do "imperfections" mean?
- We do our best to catch all imperfections prior to an item shipping, if our quality control team finds a flawed style, it does not get shipped out. This can vary from small glue marks, scuffs on the heel, slight wear to the bottom, or hard to zip shoes. These sandals are perfectly functional in every way possible with these small flaws. 

Flaws will vary from shoe to shoe and are very minimal. We have provided some examples in photos, but the sandals you receive may vary slightly with the imperfections.

These sandals are final sale and by purchasing, you understand that they will have imperfections on them. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.
