Special Features: Gorgeous silk pinstripe blouse in a lovely shade of blue. The blouse has a reversed, fold over neckband that hooks at the center back and ends with two pleated scarf ends that tie. The body of the blouse is cut on the bias and has a starburst of gathers falling from the neckline. Long sleeves are cut in one with the blouse and end at button closing wrist bands.
