This luxurious feather collar or capelet has four rows of gorgeous iridescent coque feathers, one turned upwards to make the high collar and three turned downwards.

As feather capelet closes in the front with narrow ribbons. If you take the ribbons under the arms and tie in the back it makes an awesome shoulder wrap shrug with huge wing-like shoulders like in the following pictures.
