Special Features:  Gorgeous formal in navy lace and tulle. The dress has an upper bodice in tulle with a across the chest and midriff. The bodice is dart fitted to the natural waistline with a full, gored skirt beneath. The skirt is in black lace with tulle beneath.  The lace is covered in sparkling aruora borealis  sequins. Center back zipper closure. 

Condition: Gently worn with no obvious damage.
