Choose to either cool in the freezer for a cool therapy and relieve headaches. Or heat in the microwave to relax or soothe. Time to relax, place the eye pillow over your eyes, forehead or back of neck to help relax, sleep and relieve you from stress. Warm Therapy: Place the pillow in the microwave for 20~30 seconds. Or in 10 second increments until it is warm to the touch. Do a touch test before placing over eyes or skin. Cold Therapy: Place the pillow in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Do not leave on eyes for more than 10 minutes at a time. Make sure that the pillow is at room temperature before placing it in the microwave. Stop heating if you hear popping! Hand wash at 40°C & Air Dry.
