What do "imperfections" mean?
- We do our best to catch all imperfections prior to an item shipping, if our quality control team finds a flawed style, it does not get shipped out. This can vary from small glue marks, scuffs on the heel, slight wear to the bottom, or hard to zip boots. These shoes are perfectly functional in every way possible with these small flaws.
Flaws will vary from shoe to shoe and are very minimal. We have provided some examples in photos, but the boots you receive may vary slightly with the imperfections.
