This is in excellent condition, very minor scuffs on the front, glue apparent on the back, signed copyright "B.J." , measures 1 1/2 inches by 2 inches, from the 1990s. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
