CAT 2 American Flag FR Neck Gaiter

We are now offering a CAT 2 version of our American Flag FR face mask. When we released our American Flag FR neck gaiter in November of 2019, it quickly became one of our most popular items. We have always believed that just because a product is arc and flame resistant, doesn’t mean that it can’t also look great.

Our new CAT 2 rated American Flag flame resistant neck gaiter has an Arc Rating of (ATPV) = 8.7 cal/cm². In addition, this FR Cloth Face Covering (FRCFC) meets the requirements of NFPA 2112-2018.

While we designed it to protect against arc flash and flash fire, we also made it lightweight and comfortable to wear. We used our Benchmark FR 6.2 oz, cotton jersey material which will help keep you cooler on those hot days and even take the chill off a bit when temperatures get cooler. Because our material is safe to wear against your skin, you don’t have to worry about rashes or skin irritation. It can also be washed with your regular laundry. The only things you shouldn’t do is use bleach or fabric softener.

If your neck gaiter gets a hole in it, is torn, ripped or otherwise damaged, we will repair or replace it for the life of the item, even if you were the cause of the damage.
