This is a unique take on jerky in that is uses very few spices and flavorings, and is also dried BEFORE it is sliced, giving it an amazing prosiutto-like taste and texture. The minimalist approach to the marinade let's the quality of Roseda Beef's Black Angus truly shine. We've added a touch of Black Garlic to the recipe to throw the savory meter into overdrive.
