Beautifully elegant handmade paper collar featuring an array of flowing feathers and small bonnet shaped flowers in apricot and black with a decorative black paper bead closure.

The lovely necklace design was inspired by the monochrome drawing technique in black ink from the Chinese School of Painting, which later was introduced to Japan by Zen Buddhist monks. The necklace is made from special papers, silk, and cotton fibers, which are treated in order to make them resistant to damage and ideal for daily wear.
