Here's a cheerful late 1970s skirt that looks like a carnival! It's white with blue, pink, aqua, and yellow trim and features pockets on both sides, matching string tie belt, and elastic waist. It's in very good condition, waist is stretched out, faint spot on the back. Labeled "Tumbleweeds, 65% polyester 35% cotton, Made in the USA, machine washable". The Waist measures 30 inches stretched out, but can be cinched smaller with the belt. Keep in mind this is just a pull on piece. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. All items are measured flat the same way we measure our reproduction items. The maximum measurement is listed. Most vintage fabrics do not have stretch, so please take that into consideration when looking at size.
