This is an authentic 60s era vintage Chinese cheongsam dress made of two toned metallic fabric. This vintage Chinese cheongsam is hand sewn and fully lined in light green fabric, possibly silk. It closes with a series of snaps and a metal zipper at the right side. The metallic fabric is green with a purple undertone, but under close examination, one can see metallic filaments in red, blue, green and gold (see last close-up photo).
Sizing: No size is indicated as it was custom made, but this vintage Chinese cheongsam should fit a small to maybe medium size - please rely on the following exterior measurements for fit:
Shoulders: 14 1/4” across
Bust: 36” around, taken under the arms
Waist: 27” around
Hips: 35” around
Overall length: 48 1/2”, measured flat
Condition: In very good condition with no wear, tear or staining - this dress was obviously treasured and well kept over the years.
