Here's a classic navy blue 1960s hat. This one is made of straw, with a small brim, topped with a netting fascinator with flocked polka dots, and patent and grosgrain band. It's in excellent condition. Union label, measures about 21 inches around the inside. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
