Both pieces are in excellent condition, label is worn out, fabric feels like polyester. The bust of the vest measures 38 inches, the pant waist 26-34 inches and the hips 40 inches. Length of vest 20 1/2 inches, Inseam of pants 30 inches, Outseam 42 inches. This is an authentic vintage set in wearable condition, that was cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. All items are measured flat the same way we measure our reproduction items.
