This is a pinback commemorating the 1951 Canadian Royal Visit of Queen Elizabeth when she was still a princess. There is a ribbon attached to the pinback - I assume that people would wear this while lining a parade route as it states Welcome To Our Royal Visitors 1951 Canada. The pinback measures 1 1/4 in diameter. The front is in very good condition but the back has some surface rusting and the ribbon is frayed. Still, this is a hard to find pinback and a wonderful commemoration of the longest serving monarch in British history!
