SKILL LEVEL: advanced beginner

SIZE RANGE: Sizes 2-14 (not nappy/diaper designed)

To determine size, measure around the hip/seat. This measurement is taken around the fullest part of the child's seat. The tape measure should be firm but not tight.

FABRIC & TRIM OUTLINE:

TRIM REQUIREMENTS: 
Pull-On & Mock Fly styles - 20mm (3/4") elastic.
Zip Fly style - 20mm (3/4") adjustable/buttonhole elastic, 2 x 20mm (3/4") buttons, dress zip (equal to or longer than) size 2-7: 15cm (6") size 8-10: 18cm (7") size 12+: 20cm (8").
Tab Pockets & Pocket Flaps - 1 x 2cm (3/4") button for each tab or pocket flap.

FABRIC SUGGESTIONS: Quilting cotton (some awesome boy prints out there), denim, chambray, cotton drill, corduroy.

Denim & Corduroy note: If you are using a heavy weight fabric like denim or corduroy (not lightweight denim or corduroy), stick to the ‘slim fit’ option.
